The product arrived in a week. I paid as much customs duty and shipping as the price of the product. But it was worth it. It has much better cooling effect than I expected. Only the color is pink, not purple and too noisy for a my working desk. According to my measurements, the product consumes 1.5 amps of energy. It would be nice to have a 220v dc adapter in the box. Thanks.
